This is, without a doubt, the finest and most consistent quarter sawn oak grain selection in a Limbert spade table that we have seen in 30 years specializing in furniture from the Arts & Crafts period, not only in the top, but also in each leg. Fine original finish. Unsigned, likely an early version missing it's paper label. The joinery of each of the through tenons and the double keys is very tight and without gaps, not an easy task considering the angles. The cut-out designs are also beautifully executed and finished.
